Cape May, NJ (mostly) and a Super Regent...

Hi, all -

Finally developed the first roll off the Ansco Super Regent I worked on, well, sometime last year, year before, this year... MiL and PiL turned 80 this year, and we all went down to Cape May, NJ to celebrate. Seemed like a good opportunity to test the camera out. Shot most of a roll of Kodak Gold 200, developed it yesterday and scanned today. Some select images:

(That last one is my nephew and his GF, Lewes, DE)

I'm glad I finally found another Super Regent - such a nice camera to use. Not sure how I feel about the Kodak. Some of the color turned out fine, some (several beach shots under overcast skies) have that awful cast. Meh. Happy overall. Need to throw some FP4+ in it now...

Thanks for looking.
Scott

Hey, nice work. Did you take the ferry between Cape May and Delaware?

Thanks, Mike. Didn’t take the ferry this time, but have in the past. If you ever do, do not lock the car and turn on the alarm. DAMHIKT.

Nice results, that’s a good little camera to carry around. Colors came out fine.
