Very nice. It is beautifully sinuous. It appears to be a lake with a very low water level. - Mike

Those big rocks made me think it was salt water. Gerry?

This is a view of Emigrant Lake near Ashland, in So. Oregon. A dry winter, so very low water level.
James; We moved to the Oregon Rogue Valley (from the Oregon coast) about a year ago.

That's a beautiful scene, and you have composed the photo well. Nice tonal range too.
