Let me try that picture uploading trick here...
Well, that went smoothly. Great! Thanks!

Re: Ostend, the Belgian coast.
Thanks for wanting more
I'll post them tonight after work. Promised.
BTW, did you know that Marvin Gaye stayed in Ostend for about two or three years? He recorded the album 'Sexual Healing' at Studio Kathy in Ohain (near Brussels) while he lived in Ostend.

Another couple of views of the beach in front of Ostend city, taken from the seawall promenade. In the second photo you can see the palisade (pier) which forms the entrance of the port.
Re: Ostend, the Belgian coast.
And finally some summer street 'art' : huge dinged metal cubes painted in bright red. Those things must have weighed a ton!
And another view of the palisade with part of a breakwater in the foreground.

Thanks for adding these shots, they are fun to look at. I'd be tempted to return to those large crushed cubes, they'd be fun in many different lighting situations.

Thanks, Benny. The cubes look like they've been imploded.

Thanks for such a neat and bright set of photos-- that's how they struck me. The one of the sand beach is a great combination of near, middle, and distant views.
