Toronto Pan Am Games website forbids linking to it without written permission

The headline pretty much says it all. There was an article in the Star, but this one is much funnier and a lot more sarcastic.

that's the result of too many attorneys dumbing down the population....

I guess the folks in Toronto have been laughing about this for some time
