Canon 7 - testing

Got this Canon 7 in the Japanese auction site, jauce.com. Very fast shipping with the EMS service, BTW.
I was looking for a more modern RF body for my Russian and other M39 lenses. After reading a lot, I was tempted by the Canon 7 features, especially the selectable framelines. Not having to use an external VF almost makes RF photography a reasonable idea.
My technician curved an internal flap, so that the Jupiter-12 can be mounted in this camera. The selenium meter works reasonably well.
The test was made with the Canon 50mm 1:1.8 and the Jupiter-9, on the usual subjects. I shot mostly at 1/500 in f/8 or 1/1000 in f/5.6.
The 1.8 lens behaves quite well. This one is right against the sun, no hood.
Comparing the 50 and 85 focal lengths:
My favorite of the roll, a central crop of the fish catch (Canon 50mm 1.8)
A close-up of an old bus that is always parked near the harbor, with the Jupiter-9, to test close focus at f/5.6
Film was FP4+ in Beutler. Thanks for looking!
