A family of Robins have taken up residence in our garden. This is mama Robin.

Excellent shot of the alert bird.

Makes me remember the poem, ...a tree that may in summer wear / a nest of robbins in her hair. Or similar words.

Very pretty! I can't believe the sharpness. Your robins look different from ours here in Toronto. Ours have much darker feathers and a much larger red breast, and I think they are bigger in size, too.

Nice shot, Graham. I'm surprised that this is achievable with 'only' a 300mm lens. How close could you get to the robin?
