My daughter is in a program at school where she and her housemates do initial training and socialization for service dogs. She had training today in Cochranville, PA. Heart of Amish country, mid-600s population in the 2010 census. It's rural. Beautiful place. The training was two hours. I thought ahead, and wanting to exercise the Bronica more lately, I packed it along. While I was sitting in the truck I google mapped the area, and the Faggs Manor Cemetery was about 3/4 mile down the road. Gave it a try.
Turns out the cemetery was established in 1730. Now, growing up in Indiana and Michigan, there weren't a whole lot of opportunities to see things dating back nearly 300 years. Lots of history there. Lots of veterans. Humbling place. I shot one roll of film. And I'm out of practice. But I had a few shots that I'm happy with, and gives me more desire to get out and shoot with this rig.
