I just joined this group, & thought that I'd mention the lowly Ciroflex TLR. I've been using 35mm cameras since the mid 1960's, but had always wanted to see what MF was like. Remembering those TLR ads from back in the day, I went to eBay & saw an old Ciroflex TLR that spoke to me. I made a bid & a few days later I was it's proud owner trying t figure out it's idiosyncrasies. After a few rolls of film, Kodak Plus-X if I remember right, I found I enjoyed using it, wondering why I had waited all these years. The square format needs to have it's own composition rules, & lends itself to cropping. I know that others tout their more prestigious TLR's, & for good reason, but I'll always enjoying the company of the lowly Ciroflex TLR.
